Her practices in painting, fiber and collage engage intuitive research using natural pigments, botanical dyes and assemblage with vintage materials. Her artwork has been exhibited in Florida, New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Toronto and London. In 2020, she founded Genie Botanica, a creative research studio preserving ancestral art and plant medicine in the African diaspora. She is currently based in Florida.
